I had to return something because it didn’t fit quite right. The return did go through in the end, so that was good. But the replies were slow, and I ended up having to check in once. A little frustrating. The exchange eventually came through after waiting a bit. Not a terrible experience, just not as smooth as I hoped

I really wanted to like this bottle, but it just hasn’t been as leakproof as I expected. I made sure the lid was on tight, and it still leaked a little in my bag after a short drive, which was frustrating.

It’s okay if I keep it standing upright on my desk, but I wouldn’t feel comfortable tossing it in a bag for travel. For what it costs, I expected it to hold up better, so it feels like a bit of a letdown

I got my order from purastainless.com and everything looked fine when I opened the box. The parts seemed okay and nothing was damaged, so that part was good.
Putting it together wasn’t exactly difficult, but it was more annoying than I expected. The instructions were basic, and a couple of steps left me guessing. I ended up having to loosen one section and redo it because the holes didn’t line up right at first.
Once I finally got it assembled, it felt sturdy enough and seems like it’ll do the job. I just wish the setup was clearer and a little less frustrating. Overall, decent but not something I’d call smooth, so I’d give it 3 stars

I wasn’t expecting too much, but it’s actually handy for a bunch of different things. It works well for everyday use, i’d say it’s a good value if you need something simple that gets the job done

I ordered a few nipples and at first I was like, okay, shipping was smooth and everything showed up on time. But once I actually handled the parts, my mood changed quick. The threads felt rough, and one of them wouldn’t seal properly unless I used extra tape, which was annoying. I wanted to be happy with them, but they just felt kind of cheap overall.

Overall, this sippy cup has been solid for my toddler. It feels sturdy, keeps drinks fresh, and it’s not a pain to clean, which I definitely appreciate. That said, it did leak in my bag once, which was annoying. It hasn’t happened every time, so I’m not rushing to deal with yet another return or customer service chat over it. I’m just kind of over that stuff. For the most part, though, I’m happy with it.

I filled this up in the morning and my coffee was still hot hours later. i wasn’t expecting it to work that well, but it really did. Impressed??

I’m picky about travel gear, and this did a decent job. It packed easily and kept my drinks in good shape while I was on the road. Not perfect, but good enough that I’d use it again for trips...

I ordered a replacement lid thinking it would work with my older Pura bottle, but nope... it doesn’t fit at all!! The site really wasn’t clear enough about compatibility, so now I’ve basically got a random lid just sitting around. Frustrating!!!

Everything feels sturdy, and I really like that it’s just stainless steel without any odd plastic pieces touching food. Shipping was smooth, too. It’s straightforward, but that’s exactly what I was looking for. I’d say it’s worth checking out if you’re trying to make a similar switch.

Overall, this bottle does a good job with odors, which I really appreciate. I do notice a little smell if I leave coffee in it for around too long, but it’s not a huge deal. It’s definitely not perfect, but still decent for everyday use.

I ordered a few stainless parts from purastainless.com, and while the package did show up quickly, my first impression was not great. Opening the box and immediately seeing that two items weren’t what I picked was frustrating.

One part was the wrong size, and another looked like it had a completely different finish than what I ordered. I went back and checked my confirmation email just to make sure I hadn’t messed something up, but everything on my end was correct.

Customer service did respond, which I appreciated, but getting it fixed took longer than I expected. It wasn’t a total disaster, but starting off with incorrect items definitely made the experience feel sloppy, and they really need to work on order accuracy.

It has a clean, simple design, and it looks nice. I’m not totally sure what else I was expecting, but it works for me.

Overall it does a decent job keeping milk warm, which is what I needed. The only issue is the cap leaks a little sometimes, so I have to make sure it’s screwed on really tight before putting it in a bag

I’m not sure, maybe it’s just my taste buds, but the water didn’t really taste neutral to me. It still had a bit of a metal taste, which was disappointing.

I picked this cup up for my toddler because I liked the idea that it could grow with him instead of me having to buy a different bottle every few months. The stainless steel part feel really sturdy, and overall it seems like a smart setup.
